Top SchoolRick Fay is a seasoned landscape architect and senior project manager with two decades of experience shaping master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and urban design projects across Columbus, Ohio and beyond. He specializes in guiding projects from conceptual planning through construction documentation, including rezoning, entitlements, design guidelines, and pattern books, and has supported multiple LEED certifications. At OHM Advisors he blends big-picture placemaking—housing, schools, parks, and economic viability—with meticulous site-level design and regulatory strategy. Known for collaborative problem-solving, he translates complex planning constraints into enduring, people-centered places. A long career trajectory that began as a co-op at Bird Houk gives him rare continuity across project phases and institutional knowledge of local development processes.
