Senior🎓
Top SchoolRick Li is a technical program leader with two decades of product and engineering experience and a track record of turning complex, high-stakes initiatives into scalable, revenue-driving products. He has led cross-functional teams at Meta, TikTok (driving a ~$1B ads portfolio), Ant Group, Amazon, and Microsoft, blending deep ML, big data and cloud expertise with sharp customer and business acumen. Equally comfortable shaping multi-year strategy and rolling up his sleeves to optimize ML infrastructure and online inference systems, he specializes in taking bespoke services to standardized, merchant-ready platforms. An MBA in Technology Management complements his ability to design and restructure engineering organizations, manage program budgets, and build PM/TPM teams that deliver under constrained resources. Based in Mercer Island, WA, Rick combines enterprise-scale delivery experience with hands-on familiarity in AI, Big Data and Cloud computing—an unusual mix that helps him align technical roadmaps to measurable business growth.
