Senior🎓
Top SchoolRicky Ng-adam is a seasoned technical advisor and founder with 14 years of experience building resilient deployment pipelines, AI/data systems, and full-stack products across startups, government labs, and fintechs. CISSP-certified and based in Montreal, he blends hands-on engineering—DevOps automation, ETL, geospatial and AI system architecture—with business development, team coaching and technical documentation. He has a track record of stabilizing and simplifying complex CI/CD workflows (Ansible, GitHub Actions), introducing daily end-to-end deployment tests, and migrating legacy TFS pipelines to modern GitHub-driven automation. As founder of Coderbunker and multiple community initiatives, he pairs entrepreneurial instincts with a long history of recruiting and mentoring engineering talent and interns. Notably, he has investigated Hyperledger revocation workflows and built integration test harnesses for identity projects, demonstrating depth in both security and decentralized identity. Practical, process-minded and polyglot, Ricky excels at turning brittle systems into auditable, repeatable platforms that teams can reliably operate.
