Top SchoolRicky Saif is an agile coach-turned-founder with 11 years of experience helping fintechs, startups, and innovation-driven teams improve collaboration, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. He has founded and exited companies, led culture and engagement at a fintech scale-up, and coached product teams that delivered Bank Jago’s pocket features. Recently he’s bootstrapped a startup piloting a bitcoin exam certification to curb crypto influencer harm in Indonesia, blending product instincts with policy-minded impact. Known for translating agile practices into academic curricula and internal innovation (including a lasting employee appreciation platform), he combines hands-on product management with values-driven decision making. Based in Jakarta, he brings an uncommon mix of community-building, teaching, and practical delivery experience across both tech and civic projects.
