Top SchoolRida Hanif is a Senior Research Engineer specializing in datacenter Ethernet and AI-driven networking solutions, currently based in Germany and working at Huawei. With a C/C++ and Python background and hands-on expertise in SONiC, OMNET++, NS2/NS3, and TCP/IP, she bridges deep research in ad hoc and tactical networks with production-focused datacenter technologies. She led SONiC development at xFlow and combines network programmability, Kubernetes, and code analysis skills to deliver robust, mission-critical systems. A LiFT scholar and active Women Who Code member, she champions open source and community knowledge-sharing alongside her research. Her uncommon mix of academic rigor (MS in Computer Science) and practical protocol design for tactical environments gives her a rare perspective on both experimental simulation and large-scale production networking.
