Senior🎓
Top SchoolRieks Visser is a Product Owner and former designer-turned-software-engineer with 11 years of experience building and shaping B2B SaaS and AI-driven products from code to strategy. He combines hands-on engineering roots (full-stack and DevOps) with deep agile expertise—having served as Scrum Master, Senior Agile Coach and Product Manager—to help teams deliver valuable, sustainable products. At Slimmer AI he led product strategy and coached founders on product-driven approaches; he now focuses on data science and smart car tech as Product Owner at RDW. Comfortable toggling between technical detail and facilitation, he leverages practices from XP, sociocracy and liberating structures to make teams more effective and—importantly—have more fun. Based in Groningen, he brings a creative, holistic perspective and a dry sense of humor that helps cut through complexity. Under the surface, his career shows a consistent pattern of moving from building systems to enabling people and products to scale.
