Senior🎓
Top SchoolRijal Asepnugroho is a Technical Lead with over 15 years in software engineering and nearly a decade of hands-on industry experience delivering full-stack and backend systems across startups and scaleups. He blends deep polyglot coding skills (notably Go, Rust, NodeJS, PHP and Kotlin) with team leadership, architecture and operational practices—shipping microservices, APIs, and data-driven products using Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres and observability tooling. Rijal has repeatedly moved between individual contributor and management roles, mentoring engineers and shaping curricula as a full-stack mentor while driving supply and vendor fulfillment platforms in production. His background includes building marketplaces, e-commerce and complex backend systems that leverage Neo4j, Elasticsearch and Kafka, showing an ability to choose the right data model for hard problems. Based in Banten, Indonesia, he pairs pragmatic engineering with continuous learning and an appetite for exploring newer languages and runtime options like Rust in production. Notably, he combines long-term PHP framework experience with modern cloud-native stacks, enabling smooth migrations and incremental modernization.
