Senior🎓
Top SchoolRishabh Gupta is a senior software engineer with seven years of full‑stack experience building scalable, enterprise-grade products across startups and large tech firms, including Rippling and Salesforce, and now working on crypto-native payroll and token grants at Toku. He combines strong JavaScript and Python skills with algorithmic rigor from an IIT(ISM) Dhanbad CS background to deliver production systems for headcount planning, contract lifecycle management, and real‑time booking PWAs. Rishabh has a track record of designing auditable, integrated HR and payroll tooling—shifting fragmented spreadsheets into unified, permissioned workflows—and has hands-on experience with blockchain integrations, multisig distributions, and custody providers. Comfortable in performance‑sensitive code (3D geometry collision work in C++), he brings both product-focused engineering and low‑level optimization to complex domains. Based in Bengaluru, he thrives at the intersection of backend services, UX-driven front ends, and platform integrations that require cross-team coordination.
