Top SchoolRishabh Kaul is an ex-founder turned venture partner based in London who blends hands-on startup experience with early-stage investing across developer tools, HR tech, and AI. He helped scale Appsmith into a developer tool used by 100K+ engineers and co-founded Belong, an enterprise HR startup backed by Sequoia and Matrix, giving him operator credibility alongside VC experience from Aavishkaar. Now at Hoxton Ventures and active as an angel and advisor to several startups, he focuses on pre-seed to Series A opportunities and founder-first support. His background spans product, marketing and BD leadership, early robotics and warehousing AI at GreyOrange, and impact investing—an unusual mix that helps him spot technical founders with scalable go-to-market playbooks.
