Top SchoolRishi Latchmepersad is an IDT Advisor at Shell with over eight years of experience delivering software and hardware systems across cloud, networking and embedded domains. He blends hands-on engineering—from Python automation, Azure/AKS and DevOps migrations to Django web apps and Workday ERP integrations—with field-proven network operations and NOC tooling. Rishi has driven cost and time savings through Power Platform automations and data platform work using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory and Databricks, while also running trainings to grow citizen development. His background in core network engineering and data center operations gives him uncommon visibility into both silicon-level constraints and cloud-native scaling. Passionate about the intersection of ML and embedded systems, he pairs a First Class Honours in Electrical and Computer Engineering with practical IoT and Raspberry Pi experience from academic research. Based in Trinidad and Tobago, he routinely connects on-shore and off-shore stakeholders to turn complex, cross-disciplinary problems into production solutions.
