Top SchoolRishi Singla is a Software Development Manager with 9 years of focused experience leading Telecom BSS delivery at Amdocs, where he has progressed from hands-on engineering to architecture and program leadership. He oversees end-to-end project delivery at client sites, applying project management discipline and engineering best practices to drive predictable outcomes. Rishi blends deep domain knowledge in telecom billing and OSS/BSS with practical software architecture experience gained as a Software Architect and Team Lead. Based in Gurugram, he pairs an MCA technical foundation with nearly two decades of tenure in large-scale product development environments. Colleagues rely on him to translate complex telecom requirements into implementable roadmaps and to stabilize delivery across cross-functional teams. Outside of the obvious leadership track, his long continuous tenure at Amdocs suggests strong institutional knowledge and an ability to evolve with product and technology lifecycles.
