Top SchoolRitesh Manchanda is a seasoned engineering leader with 11 years of experience building and scaling frontend teams and large-scale single-page applications using modern JavaScript ecosystems like React, Redux, Node.js and GraphQL. Currently VP of Engineering at Click Therapeutics, he has a track record of growing distributed teams, hiring and mentoring engineers and managers, and establishing frontend architecture and design systems. He excels at operationalizing Agile at scale—running multiple squads, vendor relationships, and cross-functional roadmaps—while keeping a hands-on focus on developer experience and testing (Jest/Enzyme, Storybook). His background ranges from early UX-heavy roles and pattern libraries to founding lightweight web tools that drove organic traffic, reflecting a blend of product empathy and technical craft. Known for turning monoliths into componentized frontends, he brings pragmatic process improvements and a strong bias for scalable, maintainable UI platforms. Based in New York, he combines startup initiative with enterprise delivery across remote and onshore/offshore teams.
