Summary
Ritik Bhardwaj is a Senior Application Developer with four years of hands-on experience designing and shipping scalable backend systems using Node.js, AWS, Python, and both SQL and NoSQL datastores. He has improved resource utilization and system performance through service and database rearchitecture, built APIs serving over a million users, and deployed schedulers and ML-driven call-forecasting models that improved operational efficiency and client profitability. Currently at TELUS Digital after product and platform roles at BLKBOX.ai and Copper Digital, he blends practical cloud-native engineering with a strong foundation in AI/ML from his MCA program. Based in Gurugram, he pairs freelancing experience in web architecture and plugin development with measurable production impact, and is comfortable taking ownership from database migrations to API design. Notably, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective—commerce undergraduate studies plus AI-focused graduate work—that helps him translate business requirements into resilient, data-informed systems.
