Top SchoolRitika Motwani is a software engineer with 9 years of experience specializing in distributed systems, backend engineering, big data processing and cloud-native architectures. She has led production-grade projects from scalable recruitment engines at Glints—where she cut indexing latency from 24 hours to under a second—to AI-driven biomedical platforms at Stanford that process multi-gigabyte single-cell datasets with serverless GPU pipelines. Comfortable across the full stack, she blends Kafka/Scala/Node/Postgres ecosystems with React/Typescript UIs and has a track record of shipping robust microservices, CI/CD workflows, and performance optimizations. An active open-source contributor and former Google Summer of Code participant with FOSSASIA, she brings both research and product experience from NYU, Princeton and academic labs to commercial engineering. Based in New York and finishing an MS in Computer Science at NYU, she’s currently pursuing roles focused on distributed systems and cloud-based data platforms.
