Top SchoolRivka Schwartz-peleg is a seasoned software engineer with 14 years of experience building backend and client-side systems, now contributing at monday.com after a multi-year tenure at Chegg. She brings deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Swift, and Python, and has moved fluidly between hands-on iOS development, mobile leadership, and backend engineering for high-traffic platforms. At Chegg she designed scalable authorization and access-control systems and previously led a mobile team delivering core business features and improved platform security. Her background includes driving video and OTT mobile products at Kaltura and Tvinci, giving her strong domain knowledge in streaming and UX-sensitive applications. Colleagues describe her as a motivated team player who prefers solving thorny, cross-stack problems rather than staying confined to a single layer.
