Top SchoolRiza Marhaban is a seasoned IT leader and Senior Associate Director at the National University of Singapore, bringing over 25 years of experience across software development, architecture, developer evangelism, and project delivery. A Microsoft MVP in Developer Technologies and former developer evangelist at Microsoft, he blends deep .NET and Microsoft cloud expertise with open-source sensibilities and hands-on solution architecture. Trained as a mechanical engineer specializing in robotics, mechatronics and automation, he uniquely bridges IoT and modelling/simulation for next-generation ports and logistics. Riza is a pragmatic “lazy” coder who values elegant shortcuts and automation, mentors developer communities (including .NET and Azure meetups) and teaches at General Assembly.
