Top SchoolRizwanur Rahman is a technology-focused founder and engineering leader with over 17 years of experience building product teams and scalable web applications. Currently co-founder of Worxstax and formerly a long-tenured engineering leader at Software AG, he blends hands-on full-stack expertise (NodeJS, Angular/React, Java, Spring) with cloud-native deployments across AWS, GCP and Azure. He has a strong track record of mentoring teams and shipping enterprise-grade features, rooted in a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat and early product development work at Symphony Services. Comfortable oscillating between architecture and execution, he often pairs modern front-end stacks with search and NoSQL systems like ElasticSearch, MongoDB and Cassandra to solve data-intensive problems. An operator who still codes, he brings rare continuity from individual contributor to manager to founder, making him adept at turning complex requirements into practical product outcomes.
