Senior🎓
Top SchoolRoald Fernandez is a Lead Software Engineer based in Trondheim with 12 years of experience building scalable backend systems, mobile products, and production infrastructure. He combines hands-on C++ and Flutter development with architecture and tech leadership—designing sync/async APIs, Kubernetes CI/CD, and performant real-time OpenCV processing via dart::FFI. At startups and at Telenor he has shipped medical imaging pipelines, payment and bank integration services, and cross-platform native frameworks, while promoting code quality, observability, and CE documentation practices. Equally comfortable as a consultant and product owner, he bridges low-level optimization and cloud-native orchestration to deliver practical, auditable solutions. Notably, his background in engineering cybernetics informs a systems-level approach to reliability and performance.
