Top SchoolRob Bayliss is a founder and seasoned engineering leader with 15 years of experience modernizing web applications, DevOps, and developer experience for public-sector clients. As co-founder of Mighty Acorn Digital and former CTO of Last Call Media, he blends hands-on LAMP/Drupal architecture with team leadership to help state and local governments deliver reliable, secure, and human-centered digital services. He’s motivated by mission-driven work—choosing projects that tangibly improve how citizens interact with government—and excels in environments where process and legacy systems make progress hard. Rob’s background in both software development and customer-facing roles gives him a practical, empathetic approach to building tools that developers actually want to use.
