He has held leadership and hands-on roles from Senior Engineer and SDE-in-Test to Consulting Architect and Technical Program Manager at GenUI, and now runs Sploosh.AI while consulting independently. Rob’s background spans front-end React and Jest work to Docker and Azure back-ends, and he has experience designing mission-focused systems such as the USAFacts project. He brings an operator’s perspective from earlier IT leadership roles, having managed IT services, budgets, and cross-site teams in higher education.
