Top SchoolRob Edwards is a seasoned cloud and platform engineering specialist with 11 years of experience helping enterprises across finance, telco, automotive, retail and pharma modernize applications and delivery practices. Now on Google’s North American Technology Team, he architects cloud-native solutions, incubates next‑gen developer experiences (including generative AI use cases), and guides customers from ideation to production. He’s equally comfortable with serverless, Kubernetes, hybrid and multi‑cloud strategies and has a track record of scaling platform teams and shaping product roadmaps at Pivotal and Cisco. A thoughtful people-first leader and former powerlifter, Rob pairs technical depth with an MSc in Psychology, giving him an unusual edge in understanding how users and teams interact with technology. He also brings hands-on startup experience—having opened a coffee shop and co‑founded a company—which informs his pragmatic approach to building MVPs and developer-focused platforms.
