Top SchoolRob Elsner is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building cloud-native applications, video infrastructure, and developer tooling across startups and established media companies. He has deep practical knowledge of WebRTC, streaming transports, multiple databases, and deployment automation—frequently implementing TypeScript backends while favoring systems languages like Go, Rust, or C for performance-critical components. Rob has shipped real-time media solutions (turn detection, LLM-driven voice chat, browser-based RTSP playback) and reduced system resource pressure by introducing Rust capture services, showing an engineer who blends pragmatic delivery with low-level optimization. He also architects IaC and CI/CD pipelines, having productionized services with Pulumi, AWS Lambda, ECS, and automated build/deploy workflows. Based in Bayfield, Colorado, Rob combines hands-on coding with consulting experience that drives product growth, integration with POS ecosystems, and regained revenue for clients—an engineer who reliably turns complex business needs into tested, operable software.
