He now focuses on Private AI, LangChain, and secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation to help mid-market and industrial firms capture retiring institutional knowledge without sacrificing security or sovereignty. Rob designs closed-loop, locally hosted RAG architectures that keep proprietary IP on-premises while aligning implementations with CMMC/NIST 800-171 requirements for federal contracting. A Legacy Award recipient and active NJMEP member, he blends hands-on component-level engineering with strategic automation and enterprise security, creating auditable, long-lived digital memory for operations.
