He has driven engine architecture, graphics optimizations and cross-platform tooling in C++/Lua and OpenGL for mobile and desktop games, then transitioned to leading full-stack web platform work at Hotjar and now Ghost. Comfortable across JavaScript (React/Redux), Python, Objective‑C/Swift and backend services, he pairs hands-on implementation with performance-first thinking to deliver smooth 60fps experiences and efficient developer workflows. A pragmatic team player and mentor, Rob has repeatedly moved between game studios and SaaS, shipping award-winning titles and internal tools that sped up asset creation and testing.
