Top SchoolRob Meyer is a senior staff software engineer with 11+ years building high-performance cross-platform client applications, currently leading AI-enabled UX efforts at Outreach in Seattle. He specializes in React/React Native, TypeScript, and native C++/WinRT/XAML stacks, and has driven cross-platform strategies that let features ship once and run across desktop, web, and browser extensions. At Microsoft he led major performance and UI optimizations for Outlook—virtualizing lists, trimming DOM and CSS, and improving scroll smoothness and boot times—demonstrating a pragmatic focus on perceptible user experience gains. He pairs hands-on implementation with platform strategy, having proposed and executed cross-platform approaches at Grammarly and contributed to react-native-windows improvements. Known for iterating closely with design and shipping polished, usable interfaces, he also brings a founder’s mindset from a consumer app side-hustle. Robust at translating UX goals into measurable performance wins, he thrives on making complex client apps feel simple and fast.
