Senior🎓
Top SchoolRob Stemp is a seasoned technology leader and CTO who blends three decades of hands-on software experience—from Atari and Amiga hobbyist roots to professional HTML/JS and C#/.NET development—with a decade of focused senior leadership in AI adoption and cybersecurity. He founded and runs boutique consultancies (DeepMinds, Hexiosec) that help organisations and investors adopt AI securely and assess cyber risk, while also building products like Trebuchet and FractalScan. Active in regional economic and education initiatives, he chairs industry advisory groups and runs a cyber/AI bootcamp and incubator to grow local talent in Gloucestershire. Comfortable at both board and technical levels, he delivers technical due diligence, enterprise architecture and pragmatic security guidance informed by prior government systems engineering and large-scale programme work. Notably, he combines product-building with public-facing thought leadership on AI adoption, cyber strategy and governance, making him equally at home advising boards or rolling up his sleeves on architecture.
