Senior🎓
Top SchoolRob Witoff is a seasoned technology leader with 13 years of experience building and scaling secure, production-grade infrastructure across startups and enterprise environments. Currently Head of Platform at Coinbase and a board member at Unit 410, he previously co-founded and led onchain startup Unit 410 and served as CTO at Polychain Capital. His background stretches from systems engineering and data science at NASA JPL to multiple leadership roles at Coinbase and Google, giving him rare domain depth in security, distributed systems, and blockchain. Rob specializes in turning ambiguous problems into robust platforms—“making something from nothing, then making it great”—and shepherds teams from prototype to high-availability operations. He blends entrepreneurial grit with institutional rigor, often bringing research-driven engineering practices into product delivery. Based in Austin, he pairs aerospace training with deep crypto-infrastructure experience, an atypical mix that informs his systems-first approach.
