Top SchoolRobbie Mitchell is a multidisciplinary product leader and AI entrepreneur with 14 years of experience building AI-driven products and operations across B2B and B2C markets. As a co-founder of Frame AI—now integrated into HubSpot—he helped pioneer a streaming generative AI platform that turns massive conversational data into proactive insights for enterprise teams. At HubSpot he partners with product teams to operationalize unstructured conversational data so SMBs can grow better, blending deep product strategy with hands-on technical work in NLP, data pipelines, and customer-facing solutions. His background spans marketing, growth, and technical operations, giving him a rare fluency in customer retention, automation, and analytics alongside model and tooling design. Outside of product leadership he’s built tooling and training programs to make engineers and non-engineers comfortable with Jupyter, Python, SQL/BI stacks, and custom integration workflows—helping organizations adopt AI responsibly and practically.
