Top SchoolRobbie V is an Architect-level Consulting Software Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and shipping large-scale cloud and mobile systems from Olympia, WA. At Oracle he led cross-team initiatives—building ahead-of-time data synchronization, zero-trust event-driven streams, and a control plane for orchestrating data planes—that improved patient portal load times and enabled third-party WYSIWYG service integration. He has deep full-stack and infrastructure chops dating back to leading Android engineering, serverless analytics on AWS, and automation for cloud migrations and high-availability VM operations. Robbie pairs hands-on coding with pragmatic architecture: he routinely moves teams by creating tooling and automation that cut migration time and reduced operational toil. He also has a history of building mission-focused public-sector apps (DoD telehealth projects and mental health apps) that found real users and clinical value. Known for reducing technical debt while scaling next-gen services, he blends product sensitivity with systems-level thinking.
