Top SchoolRobbie W is a Senior Scientist in Global Hair Care R&D with 11 years of experience translating consumer insights and data analytics into product innovation for mass-consumer brands at Procter & Gamble. He has led upstream innovation and technical learning for anti-dandruff and scalp care while earlier driving more than $10M in diaper design cost savings through rigorous test methods, consumer research and data visualization. Skilled in building "consumer-to-product-to-technology" models and large single-source survey databases, he combines experimental rigor with predictive analytics to shorten development cycles and reduce risk. A technologist at heart, Robbie brings practical software and tooling interests—especially in Go and retro-tech—to traditionally lab-focused work, and he applies social listening and automated data pipelines to surface candid consumer needs. Based in Berkeley and active in the National Society of Black Engineers, he blends engineering foundations with product instinct to create sustainable, consumer-driven beauty solutions.
