Top SchoolRobert Bischoff is a Lead Software Engineer with 11 years of experience combining embedded, cloud, and mission-critical systems for defense and space customers. He has driven end-to-end software delivery at L3Harris—moving RTOS-based flight software and DSP drivers into production while later modernizing data fabrics and AI/ML inference pipelines on AWS. Comfortable from low-level C/C++ drivers to cloud-native orchestration, he’s led migrations to CI/CD, containerization, Sagemaker, and Infrastructure-as-Code to improve reliability and reduce costs. His background as a former Army intelligence and sustainment leader gives him uncommon operational rigor in security, high-availability systems, and field integration. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and is known for turning complex requirements into auditable designs that saved hardware and labor costs on multi-phase programs.
