👤
SeniorRobert Gentel is a founder-led CEO who treats business growth as an engineering problem, blending full-stack development, platform architecture, and marketing into a single product discipline. With 13 years of leadership at MadLab and a track record of building high-growth staffing platforms, he engineered NurseRecruiter.com to 580% revenue growth and led aviation and healthcare clients off legacy systems. He thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth—often owning both the codebase and the go-to-market strategy to accelerate adoption.
