Senior🎓
Top SchoolRobert Hale is a seasoned structural and BIM specialist with 8 years of technical experience who blends hands-on field knowledge from ironwork and welding with deep expertise in Tekla Structures and CAD-driven data migrations. Currently modeling and detailing precast concrete, reinforcement, and structural steel at Alfred Miller Companies, he pairs practical construction insight with automated, compliance-focused workflows. His background as an integration engineer and SQL Server/ETL developer demonstrates a rare cross-discipline fluency—building secure data pipelines, automations, and custom PowerShell GUIs that kept integrations at 98–99% uptime. Earlier roles in structural design, drafting, and software implementation show consistent process improvement, from reducing drafting errors to streamlining CAD-database integrations for dozens of firms. Based in Sioux Falls, he brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach that surfaces from time spent on job sites and in the data center alike. Not obvious from the title: he’s equally comfortable scripting ETL and encryption for fintech pipelines as he is detailing precast embeds and access platforms.
