Summary
🤩
RockstarRobert Hall is an award-winning web developer and tech lead with 12 years of experience building creative, maintainable web applications across Node.js, modern ES standards, Svelte/Sapper, and a mix of backend technologies like ArangoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis. He combines storytelling sensibilities with engineering discipline—shipping polished front-end experiences and robust server-side systems, often orchestrated with AWS and advanced JS build tooling. Known for inventive problem-solving and a DRY-first approach, he also brings a musician’s attention to cadence and detail, reflected in a passion for cinema and Ralph Vaughan Williams. His pet project Cinemodal exemplifies his interest in merging technology with narrative, demonstrating hands-on product focus beyond typical engineering work.
