Top SchoolRobert K is a founder and CEO with 11 years of engineering and startup leadership experience, focused on applying blockchain to improve community resilience and economic systems. He co-founded Detroit Ledger Technologies, an employee-owned venture studio that runs blockchain infrastructure, builds governance systems, and coordinates online communities, and now leads FACINGS, an NFT collection publishing platform emphasizing quality control and user experience. Early experience at Duo Security and roles in web operations and product engineering give him a strong full-stack technical foundation from backend services to front-end UX. Based in Detroit, he blends practical ops—running block production infrastructure—with product design and community engagement to bootstrap ventures that prioritize equitable outcomes. Notably, he favors resilient, people-first systems and has repeatedly moved from hands-on engineering to strategic leadership while maintaining a maker’s attention to quality.
