Top SchoolRobert Klubenspies is a Staff Engineer and former CTO with 14 years of experience architecting SaaS, data platforms, and API-first systems for startups and growth-stage companies. He specializes in 0-to-1 product launches, modernizing legacy stacks, and building multi-protocol backend APIs and event-driven integrations that scale across enterprise workflows. His hands-on toolkit spans Next.js/React, Golang, Python, ClickHouse/Postgres, Kafka/NATS, and ML/LLM integrations—he's delivered production LLM-powered modules, RAG pipelines, and agentic developer workflows that boosted dev productivity by 85%. Robert has repeatedly cut costs and latency by re-architecting data pipelines (e.g., 16x cost reduction and 40x latency improvements) and designed multi-tenant SaaS platforms and monorepos that support rapid iteration. Based in Orlando, he blends CTO-level strategic leadership with deep individual-contributor craft, and he often surfaces unexpected wins by converting design assets and vendor data into automated, production-ready components.
