Top SchoolRóbert Malovec is a Senior Test Technical Lead and Architect with 15+ years of experience building test automation, performance testing, and quality platforms for regulated healthcare, pharma, and high‑traffic consumer products. He leads end‑to‑end web and mobile test strategy at MSD, creating Testing‑as‑a‑Service platforms (Robot Framework, Python, Selenium Grid, JMeter, GitHub Actions) that deliver observable, auditable quality gates in GxP environments. A hands‑on builder and coach, he has delivered reusable Robot Framework modules (PDF, email, remote file retrieval, image‑based layout validation) and scaled cloud test infrastructures across macOS and Windows. Róbert is driving AI‑augmented quality engineering—RAG knowledge assistants, local LLMs, AI agents for exploratory testing, and CI “copilots”—to generate requirements, tests and self‑healing suites that shorten feedback loops. His background includes high‑availability systems work at Microsoft, Skype, eBay and Sun Microsystems, and he holds certifications in Scrum and AWS while leading cross‑site capability growth and internal Docker/Python communities. An unusual strength is blending regulatory compliance with bleeding‑edge GenAI PoCs to make innovation auditable and production‑ready.
