Top SchoolRobert Mcdonnell is a Senior Business Analyst with over a decade of experience driving process and technology transformations across high-growth B2B SaaS companies. He has led cross-functional teams to deliver 30+ major transformation projects for clients like RBS, Siemens, Hilton and NBC Universal, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Equally comfortable with sales ops, marketing performance management and customer experience, he has deep hands-on experience with systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, SAP and GoodData. A natural process improver and team builder, Robert has established PMOs and internal efficiency programs while fostering a data-driven culture. Based in Ireland with a background in Business Information Systems and project management, he blends technical fluency with client-facing consulting acumen—and, not obviously, a self-described interest in data science that informs his analytical approach.
