Top SchoolRobert Moskal is a seasoned CTO and hands-on engineering leader with over two decades of experience shipping 2–3 applications per year and building end-to-end systems across Java, .NET, Python and modern JavaScript stacks. He advises founders and large organizations on cloud cost optimization, application modernization, BPM-driven orchestration, search tuning, and ETL modernization with tools like Apache Beam and Airflow, translating technical choices into measurable business outcomes. As founder of mostmedia and current CTO of Pre-Rec, he blends product-first thinking with pragmatic architecture—favoring test-driven development, CI/CD, containerization, and service-oriented patterns that reliably increase velocity and lower costs. He also has deep experience forming engineering teams, running vendor evaluations and M&A technical due diligence, and has repeatedly turned modest investments into production-grade platforms. A humanities-trained thinker (MA in Cultural Studies, BA in Literature), he brings an uncommon emphasis on communication and consensus-building across institutional boundaries.
