Top SchoolRobert Mulley is a Senior Software Engineering Manager based in Boulder with 15+ years of experience building and scaling product-focused engineering teams in startups and scaleups. He excels at cross-functional collaboration with Product, Ops, and Security to align engineering delivery with business roadmaps and has repeatedly shipped device management and policy features across Windows, macOS, and Linux. At JumpCloud he led up to 16 engineers across multiple scrum teams, launched application catalogs and Apple’s Declarative Device Management support, and drove team realignments that improved delivery predictability. Technically grounded from hands-on roles at CB Insights and earlier engineering positions, he blends architecture, hiring, and mentorship to raise team capability. Quietly, he’s the kind of leader who moves between hands-on coding and strategic RFC-driven process improvements to modernize platforms and developer productivity.
