Top SchoolRobert Sharp is a Lead Data Scientist with a decade of hands-on experience blending high-performance C++ with Python to build production-ready ML systems and Python C-extensions. Based in Medford, Oregon, he has led teams and instruction at BloomTech and Lambda School while currently driving data science initiatives at Silicon Society. His toolkit spans cloud microservices (AWS Beanstalk, Docker), NLP and deep learning (SpaCy, TensorFlow), and data engineering with pragmatic attention to SOLID, TDD, and AGILE practices. An entrepreneur at heart, he ran a digital design boutique for over two decades, shipping custom e-commerce sites and photography services, which gives him a rare mix of product, design, and low-level engineering perspective. Known simply as a "Pythonista" on GitHub, he pairs broad language fluency with a focus on performant, extensible code—often shaving milliseconds via C/Cython when it matters.
