Top SchoolRobert Stelmach is a Software Engineer II with six years of full-stack JavaScript experience and a growing focus on mobile app development, currently contributing to Elastic from Poland. He has built microservices in Node.js and Go and shipped UI features across multiple startups, demonstrating comfort with both backend distributed systems and client-side Vue/JS work. At Karhoo he supported a distributed architecture and at smaller shops he balanced feature development, maintenance, and refactors—showing pragmatic ownership across the stack. Combining an economics-influenced IT degree with hands-on product work, he brings a practical, business-aware approach to engineering and a knack for improving legacy code while delivering new user-facing functionality.
