Senior🎓
Top SchoolRobert Szuba is a Mobile Tech Lead based in Gdańsk with 11 years of experience designing and shipping native and hybrid mobile solutions across Android, Flutter, React Native and Cordova ecosystems. He has progressed from PHP/web development into senior mobile engineering and leadership roles, shaping SDKs, public APIs, CI/CD pipelines and security-hardened builds for enterprise customers. At Onegini he led Android development for a mobile security platform, mentoring teams, coordinating cross-functional squads and owning architecture and QA practices. Currently driving mobile delivery at CAE and Avenga, he combines hands-on Kotlin/Java expertise (RxJava, Dagger, Retrofit) with tooling fluency (Bitrise, GitLab CI, Jenkins) to keep releases reliable. He prefers local or remote work in the Trójmiasto area and brings a pragmatic mix of product-facing support and deep technical craftsmanship—often bridging research, demos/PoCs and production-grade SDKs.
