Top SchoolRobert Townsend is a software engineer in Austin who blends a designer’s sensibility with 11 years of full-stack and AI systems experience, now architecting multi-agent AI orchestration at AWS. He has shipped HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, decade-scale energy storage simulations, and frontend components used by millions of AWS customers. Skilled across React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and AWS Bedrock, he builds both production services and AI agents that automate development workflows — including code-writing agents and a recursive language model benchmarking framework. His background in visual communication informs user-centric systems that balance technical depth with human experience, and he holds AWS Professional and Developer certifications plus Stanford ML coursework. An early innovator, he even prototyped a Google Glass simulator before the hardware existed.
