Senior🎓
Top SchoolRoberto Flores is a Virtual Reality Specialist with 12 years of experience designing technology-enhanced learning solutions that bridge language education and immersive experiences. With a foundation as an English teacher and program coordinator, he has led curriculum design, Moodle administration, and faculty development at Universidad Católica de El Salvador before transitioning to VR-focused roles at VR Latam. He architects and implements VR/AR instructional content and scalable capacity-building programs for partners such as Súperate, FEPADE, and BID Lab, ensuring alignment with institutional learning objectives and results-based management. Roberto combines hands-on instructional design (MEd, Virginia Tech) with practical deployment skills—training educators on ClassVR and producing teaching guides that boost engagement and retention. Based in San Salvador, he is motivated by transforming traditional classrooms into immersive, outcome-driven learning environments. A less obvious strength is his bilingual translation and cross-cultural communication background, which helps him adapt immersive content for diverse learner populations.
