👤
SeniorRobin Tegg is a Senior Software Engineer based in Leeds with 11 years of professional experience building Java and Spring Boot systems and a curious focus on applied AI. He has progressed from senior developer roles to lead and consulting positions across financial services and enterprise software, most recently taking a senior engineering role at CreateFuture after leading development at Novuna. Known for pragmatic architecture and delivery, he blends deep Java expertise with hands-on problem solving in legacy-modernisation and risk-focused applications. Colleagues rely on him to translate complex domain requirements into maintainable, testable systems and to mentor engineers through technical changes. Though rooted in Java, he actively explores AI-driven tooling and automation to accelerate development and improve system observability. Educated in Internet Programming and Computer Science at the University of St Andrews, he brings steady leadership and a practical curiosity that surfaces useful innovations rather than academic experiments.
