Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolRobin Weller is a seasoned Software Engineer with nine years' experience specialising in test automation, performance engineering and SDET roles across finance, media and government sectors. He combines hands-on automation and performance tooling expertise (LoadRunner, UFT, ALM) with practical leadership as a Test Lead and consultant, delivering QA across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and V-Model projects. At Dojo he progressed from Software Engineer in Test to Software Engineer, evidencing a shift from specialist testing into broader engineering responsibilities. ISEB-certified and trained in HP Service Virtualisation and mobile UFT, he is equally comfortable designing performance scenarios and embedding test automation into CI workflows. Based in London, he brings a pragmatic, results-focused approach and a track record of stabilising complex systems under real-world load. An understated strength is rapid cross-domain adaptability—moving from airport performance work to large media and banking platforms—so he quickly translates domain knowledge into reliable, automated test solutions.
