Top SchoolRobin Zounar is a results-driven engineering leader and hands-on programmer with 11 years of experience delivering pragmatic, high-quality web and systems solutions across C++ to TypeScript. Currently interim Senior Engineering Manager at Electrolux, he leads ~50 engineers across Next.js and Optimizely CMS teams, improving coding standards, cross-team communication, and technical roadmaps for a global e‑commerce platform. He blends people-first management with deep technical craft—regularly pairing on code, running interviews, and clarifying team mandates—to accelerate delivery and maintainability. A founder and community builder, Robin created a successful music tech project that synchronized songbooks across devices and raised funds for charity, reflecting his knack for productizing ideas and growing communities. He’s known for pragmatic modernization work: upgrading legacy stacks, defining long-term maintenance strategies, and shipping practical tooling that reduces friction for engineering teams.
