SeniorRobson Almeida is an engineering and product leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling music and payments products across globally distributed teams. He founded and served as CTO/Head of Product at Superplayer & Co, hiring hundreds and guiding multi-platform launches while embedding strong engineering practices and psychological safety.
