Top SchoolRobson Mathias is a Founding Engineer and front-end specialist with 11 years of experience building scalable web products from São Paulo, Brazil. He has progressed through technical and leadership roles at startups and scale-ups—shaping micro-frontend architectures, design systems, and CI-driven workflows while helping cross-border teams in Brazil, Spain and Mexico. Deeply experienced with modern JavaScript and Angular ecosystems, Robson combines hands-on UX/UI craft from his graphic design roots with system-level thinking to drive reusable, white-label front-end platforms. As an early engineer at Tino and now Sanctu, he blends product-first engineering with startup rigor and mentoring. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic problem-solver who accelerates delivery through tooling, testing, and clear front-end patterns.
